Chief Executive Officer
Alessandro has led the Group as Chief Executive Officer since 2017 and plays an active role in the growth of the business leading up to the creation of QSRP. With more than 20 years industry experience, he was part of the growth, post-merge integration and transformation initiatives of the F&B concession business operator Autogrill, where he covered different roles being, most recently, CEO. Previously, Alessandro was business consultant at Ernst & Young, Deloitte Consulting and Andersen Business Consulting acting as responsible partner for the retail and CPG sectors. Alessandro holds a Business Administration degree from Bocconi University and has a passion for cycling, swimming and mountaineering endurance sports.

Growth
Alexander joined QSRP as Group CFO in 2019 and was appointed Chief Growth Officer in 2021. His focus is on both growth and value-creation for our shareholders while also being involved with Kharis Capital projects. He serves as a board member of several QSRP entities and has led investments as Senior Investment Manager at Kharis Capital since 2015. Previously, Alexander worked at E&Y Brussels as Business Modelling Manager. Prior to that, he held similar positions in the consultancy and banking industry.
Alexander holds a Master of Commercial Sciences with a major in Accounting and Taxation, is a Stanford Executive Program graduate and Chartered Financial Analyst.

Investment & Strategy
Emmanuel joined QSRRP as Chief Investment & Strategy Officer in 2014. He serves as board member of several QSRP entities and as advisor to Kharis Capital. Previously, Emmanuel was, from early 2008 until end 2014, responsible for direct investments at the Edmond J. Safra Philanthropic Foundation in Geneva. Emmanuel started his professional career at Glencore UK where he spent 2 years in the Oil Department, followed by more than 8 years at Goldman Sachs in London trading emerging markets and European equities. He also spent 2 years at Merrill Lynch proprietary trading desk. Emmanuel holds a post-graduate degree from Institut de Finance et Cambisme Internationale.

Alain joined QSRP as Chief Administrative Officer in 2014 responsible for administration, legal and governance. He serves as board member of several QSRP entities and manages the Group's Swiss entities. Previously, Alain was an investment manager at the Edmond J. Safra Philanthropic Foundation, where he evaluated investments across various asset classes, industries and geographies. Earlier, he held investment research positions at Bank am Bellevue and CFRA in Zurich and London. Alain holds an MBA from London Business School and a Master in Law from University of Lausanne.

O'Tacos
Stephane joined O'Tacos in September 2019 as Development and Operations Director for France and brings 20 years of experience from the restaurant and retail industry. His expertise lies in developing and managing franchise networks in differing stage-cycles both in domestic and international markets. Previously, Stephane held several positions in France and abroad during his 18 years at the Le Duff Group, the last being as Franchise and International Director EMEA for the 300 Brioche Dorée network. Prior to that, he was Country Director for the Argentine subsidiary (industry and retail) in South America. Stephane holds a Master of Management Studies from Carleton University, Canada and a BBA from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Rennes, France.

NORDSEE
Kai is CEO of Nordsee since November 2022. Prior to that, he covered the role of Managing Director Starbucks Germany at AmRest, the concession operator for Starbucks in Germany.
Before joining the Food and Beverage industry, Kai spent 20 years in sport & fashion brands, the majority of which in Nike, having high profile managing roles in retail, sales and general management.
Kai holds a Business Administration degree.

Andrea brings with him impressive experience in QSR and retail that will help drive the future development of our business in Italy.
Andrea has held the BKRI CEO position since 2017 and has worked with the local team to reorganize processes & people organization in order to reboost sales, management and expansion.
Previously, he was Retail Director at Grom (Unilever) responsible for 76 company-owned stores in Italy, USA and France and for franchisee management and international expansion.
Andrea held several management positions at McDonald’s, the last being Director of McOpCo directly responsible for 85 company-owned restaurants.
Andrea holds an MBA from Bocconi University and Degree in Physics from Bicocca

Kevin has been the driving force of Burger Brands Belgium since 2016. He joined Quick Restaurants in 2003 and has occupied different leadership roles within the company ever since: from Restaurant Manager to Training & Support Manager to Operations Director. His profound knowledge of the fast food industry, result-driven mindset, dynamism and highly developed management skills allowed him to create a well thought-out and innovative business plan for Quick and Burger King in Belgium and Luxembourg in order to serve and satisfy even more customers. Pieter has led our O’Tacos brand in the BeNeLux since 2019, having joined QSRP in 2016. He brings with him an entrepreneurial mindset and solid experience in the QSR industry, gained through assignments in multiple locations and business areas. Most recently, he was part of QSRP’s central finance team and responsible for Business Intelligence and led the 2021 launch of our CHICK&CHEEZ franchise concept. Previously, Pieter held several positions at Burger King Corporation, starting in the Graduate Program in Madrid, followed by a position in the Zug head office finance department and a temporary assignment in Paris. Pieter holds a Master in Business & Economics Degree from Katholieke Universiteit in Leuven, Belgium.

Information Technology
Fabio joined the company in 2018 bringing with him 16 years of experience in IT and supply chain transformation at leading consulting firms and international F&B companies. His specific expertise lies in international IT strategy and transformation programs, F&B digital transformation, project management, supply chain transformation, operations management and sales processes. He leads and manages cross-functional IT projects to identify and implement process improvement and re-engineering opportunities. Fabio performs project management, analytics, and measures to ensure milestones are met and deliverables archived.
Fabio studied Mechanical Engineering at Università di Catania.

Digital Channels
Andrea joined QSRP as Group Head of Digital Channels responsible for eCommerce and Digital Sales & Marketing, CRM insights and activations in 2021. He brings with him a long track record having been a CRM and eCommerce manager in the retail and F&B industries at Mondadori, Autogrill and most recently Nespresso.
Andrea holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Cattolica University and an Executive Master in Retail Management from Università degli Studi di Parma.

Finance
Ivo joined QSRP as Group CFO in 2021 and also serves as a board member of several QSRP entities. Ivo started his career in the consumer electronic business at Whirlpool, filling increasingly senior roles based out of Belgium, France and Italy. He subsequently moved into the retail sector holding CFO positions at Levi Strauss, Mexx and Fast Retailing (Uniqlo). Most recently he served as CFO at HEMA, a leading international private label, multi category - including fast service restaurants - retailer in the Netherlands.
Ivo holds a Master in Commercial Engineering from the University of Leuven (KUL) with a major in International Business.

Sustainability
Laura is our Group Sustainability & Brand Director and joined QSRP as Marketing and Communication Director for Burger King Restaurants Italia in March 2018. She is a passionate professional with 20 years' experience in communication, innovation, and trade marketing having worked for several well-known international brands, most notably in the traditional FMCG arena with Unilever and Kellogg subsequently moving on into the Italian national lottery business.
Laura holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Bocconi University, Italy.

Human Resources
Federico is our Group Head of Human Resources. He is a seasoned international People Leader, experienced in retail, FMCG and manufacturing HR & Organization matters in very dynamic businesses.
He joined from SWAROVSKI, where he was in the role of VP Global HR Business Partner supporting the worldwide business transformation, before that he lead the international people and organization agenda for 7 years at Walgreens Boots Alliance where he was VP HR for the International retail expansion.

Procurement & Supply Chain
Fabien is our Group Head of Procurement & Supply Chain. He joins after 8 years at Restaurant Brands International, the parent company of Burger King, Popeyes & Tim Hortons, where he occupied diverse roles in global purchasing, mostly focused on designing global sourcing strategy and more recently in supply chain sustainability, where he focused on the impact of climate transition on food systems.
Fabien Fabien holds a master’s degree in finance from NOVA School Business & Economics (Portugal), & Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration from Gadjah Mada University (Indonesia) & ESCEM (France).

Ezio is our Group Chief Commercial Officer. He is an experienced professional with more than 30 years of industry knowledge. He brings to QSRP his strategic mindset, broad know-how, strong relationships with brands and industry partners together with his passion for food and innovation. He covered various roles at Autogrill being more recently in charge of global marketing and brand management. He held various international roles in marketing and operations.

German Nordsee is Europe’s largest seafood restaurant chain.
In a press release, the Kharis fund writes that it has created a platform to accelerate the development Nordsee’s Go! Fish concept stories in Italy and Belgium. At the same time, the firm is also accelerating Burger King, Quick, O’Tacos.
The QSR Platform Holding SCA (QSRP) group of companies and Nordsee is now part of QSRP, a quick-service restaurant platform under the umbrella of Kharis Capital.
The seafood chain, which sources farmed salmon from Scottish, Irish and Norwegian waters, generates over EUR 350 million a year through its 374 locations, making it Europe’s leading provider. It is the third most popular eatery in Germany after Burger King and McDonald’s.
Kharis Capital is a family-backed investor focused on the quick-service restaurant market. Through various entities, it currently controls 1,000 restaurants over four brands (Burger King, Quick, O’Tacos, Nordsee) and seven key countries including Italy, Belgium, Luxemburg, France and Poland.
